eircom is the principal provider of fixed-line and mobile telecommunications services in Ireland with approximately 2 million customers.

Grapevine has been provided services and solutions to eircom since 2001. These include support for their 11811 directory enquiry service, design and implementation of the National Directory Database (NDD) which stores and manages directory listings from all fixed line and mobile operators in Ireland, design and development of a Wholesale Line Rental system to manage the transfer of telephone numbers between different operators.
